Spring Fling Mystery Afghan
Materials
*10 skeins (5 colors) #4 wt. worsted yarn
1 skein white #4 wt. worsted yarn
1 skein yellow or gold #4 wt. worsted yarn
"H" hook
"G" hook
*Depending on the tension of your stitches you may not need 10 skeins. I
always like to have extra!
Week 1 Make 7
Row 1: (sc, ch 1, dc) in 3rd ch from hook, skip next 2 chs, * (sc, ch1, dc) in next ch, skip next ch, repeat from * to end, sc in last ch, ch 1, turn.
Row 2: sc in 1st sc, * skip next sc&dc, (sc,ch1,dc) in ch1 space, repeat from * across, skip next sc, sc in top of last sc, ch1, turn.
Row 3-15: Repeat Row 2 through Row 15.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
Week 2 Make 6
Make 6 blocks following the instructions from week 1 in color of your choice.

Week 3 Make 15
Using the (G hook), make 15 medallions in the color yellow or gold.
These are made in the round so you might want to use a stitch marker.
Round 1: Make a Magic Ring and sc x6 into the MR.
Round 2: 2 sc in each st around, do not join. (12 sc )
Round 3: * sc in next st, 2 sc in next st*, repeat from * to * around, do not join. (18 sc)
Round 4: * sc in next 2 sts, 2 sc in next stitch st*, repeat from * to * around, join with sl st to beginning sc. (24 sc) Fasten off and weave in the ends.
